nAItion FAQ

What is the nAItion?

The nAItion is a member-owned economic network built for small business operators. Every tool you use, every service you access, every dollar that runs through the system is part of a single operating network — and you earn on it.

Most software companies take your money, your feedback, your data, and your trust — and give you a price increase letter in return. The nAItion is structurally different. Sub-co revenue funds the membership pool. Members earn on every dollar that stays in the system. You're not renting access. You're building a stake.

What does "member-owned" actually mean?

When sub-co revenue is generated — through software, insurance, capital, fulfillment, legal, or any other service running through the network — a portion flows into the nAItion membership pool. Members earn from that pool based on their tier, contribution, and tenure.

This isn't a loyalty program. It's a structural realignment. The more you use the network, the more the network grows, the more you earn. The loop is designed so it's financially irrational to leave.

How does pricing work?

We estimate your usage from two things you tell us: how many people you have in each department, and roughly how many assets you make a month. That estimate puts you on a tier. If you go over, you pay the overage. If you're over most months, moving up a tier costs less than the overages do.

Your tier includes two monthly allowances. Work credits cover the thinking — talking with your agents, and the agents planning, deciding and running multi-step jobs; chat draws lightly, reasoning draws more. Creative credits cover what gets made — images, video, audio and voice. We keep them apart so one render doesn't quietly eat the month you set aside for running the business.

Usage is metered per job and visible in ImaginAItion OS in real time, so you can see what you've spent and what's left before you hit a ceiling. Go past an allowance and the extra bills at the standard rate plus 25%. Credits are monthly and don't roll over — it isn't a gas bill.

That's the whole model. Anywhere else on the site that mentions how we charge points back here.

What are the membership tiers?

Community (Free) Content access — blog, newsletter, events, pulse on the network. No suite trial and no card required.

Artist — $249/mo For creators and productions. Scoped access to the creator + production suites — sized and priced for the way creators actually earn.

Member (by company size)

  • Starter (1–2 people): $499/mo — all suites + Books
  • Small (3–10 people): $999/mo — all suites + Books
  • Mid (11–25 people): $1,999/mo — all suites + Books

No per-seat licensing. No hidden add-ons. See How does pricing work? below for how we size your tier and handle overages.

Covenant — Coming soon All-in operational tier. Everything across the board — all suites and all sub-cos, locked in. High commitment, high usage, mutual obligation. The platform commits back. This is where members who are fully integrated into the network live. Pricing and access criteria will be published when the tier opens — it's by conversation until then.

Founding Believers — Investment opportunities available The people who back the mission early. Investment opportunities are available: see the investor page at investors.imaginaitioninc.com.

What are sub-cos?

Sub-cos (sub-companies) are the service infrastructure of the nAItion. Each one is a separate LLC, operated by a domain expert, built to intercept dollars that members currently send outside the network.

Think: the money your business spends every month on insurance, capital, legal, payroll, fulfillment, marketing assets, software licensing. Right now that money goes to vendors who don't know your name. Sub-cos bring those services inside the network at network-negotiated rates — and route the economics back to the pool.

Active and planned sub-co categories include:

  • Financial: Capital, Pay, Assurance, Advisory, Ventures, Foundation
  • Operational: Supply, Fulfill, Legal, Cloud, Payroll/People, Assets, Energy, IoT
  • Pipeline: Creators, Productions, Marketplace, Talent, Academy
  • Build: Studios

Sub-cos are not deployed on a timeline. Each one launches when the right domain-expert operator is identified and the service can be delivered at the quality the nAItion requires. No shortcuts. No retractions.

How does the pool work?

Sub-co revenue flows into the nAItion membership pool. Every paid member tier holds a share of that pool, weighted by tier, tenure, usage, and contribution.

The pool is transparent. Members see their position, their projected earnings, and how network growth affects their share via the portfolAIo surface.

What is ImaginAItion OS?

ImaginAItion OS is the operating system the nAItion runs on (imaginaitionos.com). It's purpose-built for small businesses — every agent and every module, sorted by department (marketing, sales, operations, delivery, service, finance and more), connected under one login.

If you're a nAItion member, you run on ImaginAItion OS. It's not a separate purchase — it's the substrate of membership. (ImaginAItion OS, "your digital ImaginAItion OS", is a separate personal app at pairtner.ai.)

What does "Believe · Build · Evolve" mean?

It's the three-stage member lifecycle.

Believe — you joined before it was obvious. You saw what this was before the market did. Build — you're running your business on the network. The compounding has started. Evolve — you're not just a better operator. You're a measurably better one. Better leader, better teammate, better at what you chose this work for in the first place.

Is there an Evolve tier coming?

Yes — teased, not released. The Evolve tier is in design now. It's the next stage beyond Covenant: for members who've already compounded on the network and are ready to reinvest that gain back into other operators, sub-cos, and the pool itself. Think mentorship, capital allocation rights, and a deeper governance voice in how the nAItion grows.

Details, pricing, and access criteria will be published when it's ready. Founding Believers and Covenant members will be first in line.

Who built this?

ImaginAItion Inc. — the parent company behind ImaginAItion OS, the nAItion, and the sub-co stack. The nAItion is the network. ImaginAItion is the entity that holds the IP, the operating architecture, and the vision.

How do I join?

Apply for the beta. Tiers are visible for self-qualification. The platform is not self-serve — every member comes in through a conversation.

That's intentional. The nAItion isn't a checkout flow. It's a network you're accepted into.

What about the Founding Believers — is that still available?

Yes. Investment opportunities are available: see the investor page at investors.imaginaitioninc.com.

This is for people who believe before there's anything to believe in. If that's not you, the Member tiers are the right entry point.

If it is you — apply and say so directly.
